How to fill in the deposit form

The deposit form is short, but how complete its fields are decides how clear your certificate will be. Let's go step by step.

Basics

• Title — the name of the work. It goes into the certificate.
• Short description — a sentence or two about the essence; needed to submit for review.
• Full description — the details: what it is, what it's for, how it differs.

Category and tags

• Category/format — the type of work (for example, a work of art, a technology).
• Tags — free labels for search and the marketplace filter.
• For an art object you can name the author(s) — your account is filled in by default.

Disposal

• Choose what you're doing: a sale, a gift (transfer of rights), or simply fixing authorship.
• For a sale you set a price and currency; the platform arranges the transfer as a broker.

Deposit

• Format/network — where the record is fixed.
• Wallet address — where to mint the NFT (usually 0x… for EVM networks). Copy it from your wallet rather than typing it by hand.

After creating

Upload the file → submit for review → once approved, the object is minted and a deposit certificate is issued with a public verification page.
