Short instructions for the user
To authorize your intellectual product (in the form of a text description, graphic objects, photos, audio and video files) you need:
1) become a Resident of our system (that is, register a personal account),
2) pay for one of the offered service packages.
Depending on the selected service package, the registration period for your intellectual product ranges from one day (accelerated service package) to 5 days (standard service package).
You also have the opportunity to receive a subscription for a period of one month (standard with the authorization period for each intellectual product within 5 days and premium with accelerated registration of each intellectual product within 1 day).
You can pay for any selected package of services by card – on the payment system website you need to enter your card details and confirm the transfer in banking.
If you paid for the package, but the service was not physically provided, that is, the online form with your intellectual product was not filled out and not sent to the system for authorization, you can return the money within 30 days. To do this, you need to write to technical support. Refunds are made only in the same form and using the same details that were used when paying.
Funds are debited from your account automatically from the moment you fill out an online form with your intellectual product and send it for authorization. From this moment on, the service is considered rendered and money debited from the account is not returned.
On all issues of payment and consumer protection, the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area apply.
